Capitol Kölsch
German style golden ale made popular in the Northern German city of Cölogne. Pilsner malt makes up the base with 10% wheat malt added for complexity. It is a light bodied ale with just enough German Perle and Saaz hops to balance.

Pale Rider Ale
An American style Pale Ale brewed with 2 row pale, Cara-Pilsner, and Munich malt. It has a good amount of Simcoe and Amarillo hops to make this beer perfect for all hopheads. A floral nose with a hoppy finish

Amber Waves
This popular West Coast style has made its way to our Eastern shores. This medium-bodied, amber colored ale is made with 2 row pale, Munich, and Crystal malt, with Perle and Cascade hops added to give it a little bite.

Prohibition Porter
An English style robust Porter with huge malt notes from Chocolate and Black malt matched with a huge use of Crystal malt to lend ruby hues to the corners of the glass. This dark brew is then highly hopped with imported Northdown and First Gold hops to lend a subtle earthiness in character.

Belgian Dubbel
This Belgian style dubbel showcases a myriad of complex flavors! This beer starts sweet with a touch of sourness in the nose from the Acidulated malt used, then the Aromatic and and Caramunich 120 kick in to give the beer a nice body and a malty flavor. This is one you shouldn’t miss.

Saint Adrian’s Alt
We honor the patron saint of Brewing with this German Ale. St. Adrian’s alt is made with Pilsner, Cara-pilsner and Pale Chocolate malt to give it a very complex flavor. It is hopped with German Perle hops that give the alt a delicious bite. Let the Saints come marching in with St. Adrians Alt!

Fuel
This is a Capitol City Baltimore Classic. First we start with a creamy imperial stout full of roasted and chocolate Malt. Then we add ten pounds of Sumatra coffee to give it even more of Kick. Now you see why we call it fuel!

Yes, I knew about this. Last I heard the brewer is full time at the Cap City in Sherlington. He was commuting back and forward between the two.
