Capitol Kolsch
This lager like ale is modeled after the official beer of Köln, Germany. Kolsch is delicate and refreshing with a slight fruitiness and supportive, yet unobtrusive hop bitterness. 4.8% ABV

Pale Rider
Our American style pale ale is medium to full bodied with an assertive hop bitterness and aroma. The citric, floral flavor and fragrance of American hops is balanced with a strong malt backbone of Pale and Munich malt. 6.1% ABV
Amber Waves
2006 Silver Medal, 2005 Gold Medal GABF
A medium bodied west coast style amber ale. This is aggressively hopped with Perle and Cascade hops, and is held together by its sweet malty center. 5.3% ABV

In many ways this unfiltered German wheat beer is like its close cousin the hefeweizen. It has a light body, low hop bitterness and aroma, and uses over 50% wheat malt. unlike hefeweizen, it has a light mahoghany color due to the use of munich and caramel malts, with a touch of chocolate to finish it out. hope you enjoy! 5.1% ABV
Oatmilk Stout
This English style oatmeal stout has lactose sugar added to the boil to give it extra body and a smooth finish, along with the oatmeal contributing to the body and silky mouthfeel. It has a full bodied flavor with enough hop presence to balance the flavor of the dark malts. 6.8%abv
This is a medium bodied, unfiltered american style india pale ale, meaning we used a ton of Pacific northwest hops to give it huge citrus and floral aroma and flavor. The bitterness of the hops is gentle enough to not overpower this beer, but it still pack a wallop. 6.5%abv

Saint Adrian’s Alt
This German-style brown ale was originally brewed in the Northern city of Dusseldorf. Our version has a copper color with a light to medium body. German noble hops balance out this beer with a crisp bitterness that leaves you wanting more. 5.5%ABV
